How can the sanitary authorities can allowed this type of kitchen still operating. Till this day I prefer not to eat in there restaurants. I meet also the Chef Mr Nageaa too ask for halal certificate he gave me an expiry one not even mention the hotel name on it. Without complaining to anyone the so called director Mr Kishaan and the General Manager Mr Manoj meet me at the bar talking to us that we are his family, they have two hotels etc... MR DIRECTOR KISHAAN and MR GM Manoj kindly treat your staff well first your family is your staff they have torn shoes, bad uniforms, old pants. Humamanity, the cooks shoes make me feel very bad. I will not recommend any tour operator to send your guest there and not even for the restaurant disgusting kitchen.

Our room was clean adequate but the rooms facing directly onto the beach are lovely.
The only criticism I struggled with was the pool I love to swim but it was freezing !!! No heating ! pool attendant was friendly and nothing a bother. Last but no way least Loshny the F & B manager who over looked most meals with a lovely manner and smile chatted politely to guests making sure they where happy and satisfied with their stay and ready asset to your hospitality team.
This hotel isn’t to big and has a personal touch, which we enjoyed.

There are lots of pretty areas with sun beds in them, it’s not just all focussed around the pool, and the parasols are steady as a rock. It was pretty windy while we were there and the parasols were steady as a rock. The food was amazing, lots of choices, very flavoursome curries, excellent range of salads, plus meat and fish on the grill. My favourite was the pancakes with chocolate sauce, available every morning and afternoon. The lamb burgers in the burger bar were another favourite, and my partner loved the fish curries. This is the first time we have been all inclusive and we were very happy. I like a lot of soft drinks during the day and there was plenty of juice and water available, plus a few cans in the mini bar. We also indulged in the cocktails, and the local wine was excellent. We had a lovely candlelit meal for two on the beach, well not quite candlelit because there was a breeze and the candle didn’t stand a chance, but a lovely salad, seafood platter and a heart shaped cake in a beautiful romantic setting. They arranged a couple of tours of the island for us, much cheaper than our tour operator. We also went out on the glass bottomed boat, which is free. It’s only a half hour trip, which really suits me because I get seasick easily, so we were out and back before I started to feel queasy and we saw some beautiful fish plus some rays, starfish and coral. Due to the wind we were unable to go out on the snorkelling boat trip, and they wouldn’t let us borrow masks to just go out in the bay so it’s worth taking gear with you or buying some in the town.

Flic-en-Flac beach is very appealing. It has swimming areas marked out with buoys, but there is broken coral everywhere so you need water shoes for swimming and walking on the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed yoga on the beach. I’ve often done Pilates with some kind of soothing music in the background, but you can’t beat a session to the sound of the actual ocean. More
