Candle light dinner: We had a great service provided to us during the candle dinner with a warm welcome and the food was extremely amazing with a wonderful starter followed by main course meal. Special thanks to all chef for this amazing food.

We also convey our special thanks to Preethi who ensured our stay was totally great and handled us with great hospitality together with all team members.

The bar staff had zero training whatsoever. They didn't know how to make most of the cocktails so they googled them there and then or improvised. None of them were even close to what they're supposed to be. Also, when asking for dry wine, the bartender kept giving me very sweet ones. They had no idea what they were serving.

So while the room, the view and the pool were nice, I really cannot recommend the hotel. The staff are not professionally trained at all. More

Anelia resort was booked with lot of hopes . They assured availability of good indian chef and quality food, which we never could taste during our 5 days stay. It's always advisable to first scan hotel properties and travel agencies through sites like tripadvisor and then proceed with better n reasonable options.   I liked a hotel, but few thinks was really not ok and I hope the hotel will do something to change things. Also two times was no glass in the table so I ask. The waiters went to the table were where the used glasses/plates and just pick for me a glass from there It was lipstick on the glass. Also sometimes we got used napkins and how knows what else. The other problem is the boathous. We stayed 14 day but not even once we was able the use the kajak or a pedal boat. The boats were in the beach, but they always gave us some stupid reason why we can use it. Once we went morning, they told us come back afternoon about 4 PM now it’s low tide. We went back, the some person just told us, sorry we close at 4 PM.. Also one day the cleaning staff left our door open, so when we come back we almost got a heart attack. Luckely nothing was stolen and I’m sure it was not a general problem, happened only once.
