Chef Dev at the Burger Bar, upon request, made us a delicious burger, tasted like home made type. He is very friendly and dynamic. Did not have to wait for long to have our lunch.

  Not recommended hotel, worst experience as a tour guide in this hotel. Arriving at hotel very tired for check in the reception everyone talking and laughthing loudly including the reception... read more manager Miss Preety and dont even make our procedure. On my trip one day I missed the toilet door and entered in the kitchen this is the most disgusting kitchen ever seen, very dirty, greasy, chefs sweating, crocroach, bad odor,slippery floor
How can the sanitary authorities can allowed this type of kitchen still operating. Till this day I prefer not to eat in there restaurants. I meet also the Chef Mr Nageaa too ask for halal certificate he gave me an expiry one not even mention the hotel name on it. Without complaining to anyone the so called director Mr Kishaan and the General Manager Mr Manoj meet me at the bar talking to us that we are his family, they have two hotels etc... MR DIRECTOR KISHAAN and MR GM Manoj kindly treat your staff well first your family is your staff they have torn shoes, bad uniforms, old pants. Humamanity, the cooks shoes make me feel very bad. I will not recommend any tour operator to send your guest there and not even for the restaurant disgusting kitchen.
