Dinners and breakfasts are a treat, with a huge selection to choose from as you dine overlooking the ocean.

All staff, from the duty managers, to the waiters, to the garderners greet you with a smile no matter what time of day.

Rooms are super clean and spacious, great facilities. Particular shout out to Talha behind the front desk who went above and beyond for us ensuring our short stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

The tables had dirty table cloths, plates and cutlery. We either had to ask someone to replace them or did it ourselves. You had to ask for drinks to be delivered several times before actually getting them. Biggest issue was at breakfast when tables were not cleaned or if they were it happened extremely slowly. One day they ran out of coffee cups at breakfast and I was twice offered a dirty cup (that had been used by someone else) that the employee wiped with a cloth right there in front of me. When I asked for a washed cup, she did it again. I then asked if I can have a cup that someone didn't just drink from, at which point the... Unfortunately, we can't recommend this hotel.

The bar staff had zero training whatsoever. They didn't know how to make most of the cocktails so they googled them there and then or improvised. None of them were even close to what they're supposed to be. Also, when asking for dry wine, the bartender kept giving me very sweet ones. They had no idea what they were serving.

So while the room, the view and the pool were nice, I really cannot recommend the hotel. The staff are not professionally trained at all. More

I lost 8kg in one week.
Mainly from the fruit based mocktails and awful food.
The sports equipment which you had to sign for was snooker cues without tips and broken table tennis balls so when you walk round the corner it’s no surprise to find the tables broken as well.
Entertainment is non existent unless you class the overweight staff jingling and pretending to belly dance. Worst I’ve ever witnessed. Nothing to do after pleasant beach sunset walk as the tv in rooms have one English Channel a the beds are rock hard.
You can also hear everything from next door due to the shared door.
Spa isn’t a Spa, jacuzzi not heated and loads of broken tiles which also fills with rain water.
Staff are pleasant but low intelligence.
Unfortunately the transport driver stole our mobile phone so not the best first few days as had to track it and go and collect it myself. Not hotels fault but the travel company who provided the transport.
Stunning sunsets and man made scenery though.
Gardens are very well kept.
Maintenance not kept up as loungers green and pool furniture never been cleaned. Now seeing as you have a member of staff sat guarding the rags of towel surely that member of staff would be better put to use and pool drinks service didn’t exist most days.
Expected paradise like the zilwa attitude we previously stayed at. Instead this was awful food very limited and desperation to get home.
