Not to mention that even though we had some last minute arrangments for the rooms and all the meals, they arranged everything super splendid just to make sure our comfort and to put us at ease. Hats off to all departments with their friendly attitude and welcoming gesture to ensure our stay was pleasant. Under any moments of need ,the staffs are always thre ready to help. i witnessed some unplesant scenarios with the way some guests were treating the staffs with full of disrespect. This sort of guests should be banned against even to have a stay in a hotel like this. I will carry it in my heart, an experience that I recommend to those seeking rest in the midst of beauty!

Front office,starting with the GM,Manoj,who know to tell stories instead of solving guests problems,till the front office lady manager,all are there to take salary’s only!... read more After booking delux room with sea view we got the storage room! On the last night of the stay,we had to move,because they overbooked your room. Now they give us a box room. Staff is over worked,rarely they smile. This is the treatment for Mauritian guests. Nobody from management will help you,actually they will blame the booking company,or you for their incompetence! Everybody should stay away from this hotel,until they change the whole management and front office staff. In the all inclusive package you will have to pay your cappuccino,espresso,and after 10:30pm,you have to pay any drinks you will take from the bar. And the mini bar,is just a mini empty fridge. STAY AWAY from this 4* hotel,because there is no star there whatsoever. Yet,a big thank you for the cleaning staff,start from their manager!
P.S. No sockets are working all over the hotel!

Totally misuse of ‘“All inclusive” only a few cocktails on the menu with beer and soft drinks, no milkshakes allowed or other drinks all had to be paid for no ice cream allowed apart from between 12 and 3 at the burger bar, the service at the burger bar was so slow.
I can’t believe how many staff didn’t speak any English at all.
Many of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there.
One positive for the hotel was very chilled around the pool, always sun-beds available

The rest however isn't great, our room was spacious with a fridge, TV, air con and ceiling fan, safe and small balcony however the bathroom needed an upgrade. The housekeeping was not acceptable our bedding wasn't changed for the 10 days we were there and the bathroom wasn't cleaned (just the sink once). Staff were so so some of them would speak but you had to make the effort to speak to them first, the manager however was very friendly and went out of his way to speak to guests. Food wasn't too good, breakfast was the best meal as you could order fresh omelettes, there was plenty of fresh fruit too. Lunch was the worst but you could use the burger bar if on AI. There was a hygiene issue with flies and birds around the food some food was covered but not all. It was sometimes difficult to get a drink/cutlery as the staff weren't always attentive.
